摘要

Abstract

Adopting low Mn, Nb-Cr acid resistant X65MS hot rolled plates to successfully develop low Mn high Nb acid resistant X65MS SAWH pipe, through controlling steel pipe forming residual stress, welding heat input and other measures. The properties of X65MS SAWH pipe were analyzed and studied, including chemical component, microstructure, mechanical performance and acid resistance. The results indicated that the mechanical performance of steel pipe base metal and weld are good, no hydrogen bubble and crack occurre in HTC and SSCC test, and the performance reach or higher than the API SPEC 5 l(45 th edition) standards.
