Abstract
In this article, it introduced the basic parameters of stretch-reducing mill oval groove and its mutual relation, described processing parameters calculation procedure by taking an example, and a simple calculation method for the groove was obtained. By five steps, including determining the diameter reducing rate, calculating covering coefficient, ovality coefficient calculation, numerical calculation of long axis and short axis, and check, the circular arc diameter and deviation distance were obtained, so as to realize circular arc offset processing method. Through comparison between actual calculation and drawing result, verify the feasibility of this method was verified.关键词
