差示扫描量热法对乙交酯开环聚合催化剂的性能评价
Kinetic study on the ring-opening polymerization of glycolide by differential scanning calorimetry
摘要
Abstract
The kinetics of glycolide (GA) ring opening polymerization catalyzed by three kinds of catalysts,i.e. Bi(OAc)3,SnCl2·2H2O and acetyl acetone complexes,were studied by DSC method. Bi(OAc)3 and SnCl2·2H2O showed higher activity in GA ring opening polymerization. The addition of Ph3P could make catalytic system activation reduced by more than 25%,and it made related reaction rate increased by at least 30%. The composite catalyst had better catalytic performance compared with single catalyst. The results show that DSC method is an efficient approach to choose good catalysts for polymerization.关键词
