硅烷芳炔-硅氧烷芳炔嵌段共聚物的合成与表征
Synthesis and characterization of block copolymers of poly(silane arylacetylene) and poly(siloxane arylacetylene)

Abstract
A series of block copolymers of poly(silane arylacetylene) and poly(siloxane arylacetylene) (SiO-b-PSA) were synthesized by the condensation reactions ofm-diethynylbenzene magnesium reagents with variousα,ω-bis(chloro)dimethylsiloxanes. Carbon fiber reinforced composites were prepared through compression molding. The structures and properties of the resins and composites were characterized by FT-IR, 1H NMR, GPC, DSC, TGA and mechanical tests. The copolymers had good heat resistance and toughness. The copolymers also showed excellent processability that could be cured at below 200℃. The cured resins possessed high thermal and thermooxidative stability. Their thermo-decomposition occurred at above 513℃ in N2. Impact strength of the composites arrived at as high as(30.92±0.44) kg·m-2.关键词
