Abstract
In view of the situation of equipment management and maintenance support mode, taking a certain type of servo mechanism as example, based on the RCM theory, the failure mode and effect analysis was carried out with the FMEA analysis, and the maintenance mode and cycle was determined based on the risk priority. It help to improve the utilization rate, security and availability of equipment.关键词
