摘要

Abstract

ZnO nanomaterials with different shapes were synthesized by thermal evaporation method. The growth mecha-nism and dynamics of ZnO nanomaterials were proposed by analyzed the influential factors on the microstructures of the products, such as deposition temperature,deposition time pressure and so on. The obstained ZnO nanomaterials were struc-turelly and morphologically characterized by X-ray diffraction. Scanning electron microscopy and energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy. The mechanism of formation of the nanostructures was also discussed.
