摘要

Abstract

Flexure deformation is an important error sources of master/slave INS online calibration. It is great significance to compensation those errors. In the analysis of the flexure of the concept, characteristics and post-master INS equations influence the process, the existing compensation processing methods were divided into three categories, namely, measure⁃ment method, mechanism modeling and stochastic processes modeling. Then the advantages and disadvantages were dis⁃cussed. Finally, the development direction of the flexure deformation compensation method was discussed.
