南京青奥期间空气质量保障措施及绩效研究
Research on Air Quality Protection Measures and Performance during the Nanjing Youth Olympic Games
摘要
Abstract
According to the implementation of control measures during the Nanjing Youth Olympic Games ( YOG ) , the pollutant emission reduction was calculated, and the air quality improvement was analyzed by environmental monitoring data comparison. It indicated that: the main environmental problem was O3 and PM2. 5 pollution during the YOG; The main pollutant emissions have been reduced by over 20% due to severe industrial, transport, dust and region control measures;The meteorology of more rainfall was positive for pollutants diffusion; The air quality was overall good during the YOG, with the concentration of SO2、 NO2、 PM10、 PM2. 5、 CO and O3 8h cutting down 18. 8%、 15%、 37%、 35. 4%、 7. 1% and 50. 4% in August, comparing to that of July; Finally, the successful experience of air quality protection was summed up, and the air quality management countermeasures for the period after the YOG have been put forward.关键词
