Abstract
The effective supervision of the implementation of industrial wastewater discharge is an important link of water environment protect. In order to learn some theory and practice experience at home and abroad, and improve regulatory system in China, we summarize the advancement of regulation theory, incentive regulation theory based on principal-agent, and industrial water environment regulation.关键词
