Abstract
“Thirteenth Five-Year” is not only the last five years to build China into a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way, but also the key years to adapt to the new situation of eco-environment protection . The job associated with the environmental protection of Jilin Province will face the enormous challenge. The Environmental Protection Plan of Thirteenth Five-Year on a strategic height will lay a solid technical foundation to establishment Jilin Province the Environmental Protection Plan of Thirteenth Five-Year plan.关键词
