摘要
Abstract
The emerging research components are always considered as the weakness points in mili -tary equipments.This paper summarizes the technical rule and quality management practical experiencesof the emerging research components during the development of military products .Both the methods andthe target taxonomy for emerging research components reliability assurance of air -to-air missile are presented.The target taxonomy for emerging research components should be grounded on the technical require -ments, acceptance requirements and operating requirements , and meantime validate the reliability throughpractical application.The concept of the Air-to-Air Missile Components Application Validation ResearchCenter is presented in this paper, and the importance of this research center is discussed at the end .关键词
