摘要
Abstract
The overload experimental study of half-grain-test facility with different Al of the propel-lant and different insulation materials is done.The ablation rule of insulation is obtained successfully.Al-so, the model of EPDM insulator is analyzed by scanning electron microscopy.The results show as fol-lows: (1) The characteristic of resistant to erosion of EPDM insulator is better than that of HTPB insula-tor.(2) With the increase of Al of the propellant, the erosion to EPDM is serious and the ablation rates rise up.(3)Through analysis of result, the ablation model based matrix layer, pyrolytic layer and charred layer is proved.关键词
