工艺可靠性是设计可靠性的延伸,航空发动机各部件的设计最终要通过制造、装配等工艺来实现。以实际的航空发动机及零部件为例,从材料、制造和装配工艺等方面分析了影响航空发动机工艺可靠性的因素,并提出了提高工艺可靠性的改进措施。

Process Reliability is an extension of design reliability, the design of aero-engine components is achieved finally through manufacturing and assembly processes. Actual aero-engines and components are taken as examples, from material, manufacturing and assembly process and other aspects, the factors that affect the reliability of aero-engine were analyzed, and the measures were proposed to improve process reliability of aero-engine.
