摘要

Abstract

With the enhanced functions, the modern combat aircrafts are facing increasingly serious problem of power and heat consumption, the INVENT plan and the EOA concept which USA intends to solve the problem are developed. For the plan, it’s background and development plan and the EOA’s main object are introduced. The MRIP which is an important aircraft system energy design method is analyzed through building the “tip-to-tail” model, and the key technologies of EOA design are elaborated.
