Abstract
On basis of traditional translation theory and information technology, the theoretical principle of computer aided translation(CAT) and the functions of CAT software were analyzed. The optimization of translation procedure and the improvement of translation efifciency and quality could be realized through the application of CAT software and specialized term bank*. According to the defects of CAT software, reasonable suggestions were given for the future development of CAT technology.关键词
