摘要
Abstract
In order to solve some problems such as easy deformation and high machining precision during machining complex and thin-walled parts, according to the structure characteristics of complex and thin-walled structure in a item, the processing dififculties were analyzed, and a method of using auxiliary ifllers to enhance the complex and thin-walled structure rigidity was put forward. A low melting point alloy was chosen as suitable iflling materials to ifll the cavity of aviation structure by contrasting and analyzing, whose melting point ,composition and contend were determined through a lot of tests. By the testing result, the process method is indicated to have high effect, high quality and low cost, achieves the precision machining of complex and thin-walled aviation structure, and meets the use and installation requirements for the aviation structure in the item.关键词
