摘要

Abstract

At present, weight and center of gravity estimation system which based on the fast modeling has been rapidly developed. In order to further improve the accuracy of structure weight estimation, research on how to build optimization module in weight and center of gravity analysis(WCGA) system environment. Took wing structure weight optimization as example, proposed the optimize process, decomposed the optimization module function, gave the requirements of model simpliifcation. In the case of A320 aircraft wing, optimized the beam and stringer, results show that effectively reduced the structure weight after optimization, and compared with traditional weight loss optimization design method, greatly improve the computational efifciency.
