摘要
Abstract
Based on the fact of the GJB 899A-2009 standard and the smal batch of alrborne equipments, the internal and external ifeld test in combination with time-terminated statistical test was discussed. And the breaking point of internal and external ifeld was veriifed through Monte-carlo. The test scheme can shorten the time of an alrborne equipments reliability evaluation test and reduce the test cost, provide a reference for other alrborne equipments reliability evaluation tests.关键词
