摘要
Abstract
The improvement of technical and tactical operation performance for modern fighter that drove the military software have more lines of code and more function points. By the size of software system and complexity of development increasing sharply, the percentage of software cost in total aircraft higher increased. This paper discussed on the importance of software pricing methodology and the advance of software cost estimating study abroad, provided a detail analysis on parametric modeling method applied in US Force and their best practices on software cost management. Some suggestions were given on relative works for our country, that will be a good reference for our military software cost management and the usage of national military budget.关键词
