黑龙江省稻瘟病菌对主栽水稻品种的致病力分析
Pathogenicity Analysis of Rice Balst on Some Major Rice Cultivars in Heilongjiang Province
摘要
Abstract
The pathogenicity of 90 rice blast strains collected from Heilongjiang province was compared by using two reliable methods of toxicity frequency and pathogenicity method. The results showed that the rice blast fungus population structure of Heilongjiang was very complex,there was the big difference in these strains,but only 10% of these strains showed strong virulence (PF≥50%). In addition,the significant difference of pathogenicity of these strains could also be observed in different regions or even in one region. The significant difference of disease resistance could also be observed among these major rice varieties, especially in Longjing 41 and other 14 rice varieties(VF≤15%).关键词
