大庆龙凤湿地底泥氨氧化细菌与氨氧化古菌多样性分析
Diversity of Ammonia-oxidizing Bacteria and Ammonia-oxidizing Archaea in Sediment of Longfeng Wetland in Daqing
摘要
Abstract
To study the diversity of ammonia-oxidizing bacteria (AOB) and ammonia-oxidizing archaea (AOA) in sediment of Longfeng wetland in Daqing,amoA clone libraries of AOB and AOA were constructed. The libraries were analyzed by PCR-based restriction fragment length polymer-phism(RFLP)technique. The results showed that 3 OTUs of AOB and AOA were obtainted from Longfeng wetland sediment,respectively. All sequences of AOB belonged to Nitrosomonas,and all sequences of AOA belonged to Crenarchaeota,and it had the high sequence homology with the sequences that were obtained from estuary sediments.关键词
