基于农业现代化与粮食安全的黑龙江垦区持续发展建议
Suggestions for Sustainable Development Based on Agricultural Modernization and Food Security in Heilongjiang Reclamation Area

Abstract
Heilongjiang reclamation area plays the decisive role in the lead of agricultural modernization development and food security guarantee. The bottleneck problems existing in the current development of Heilongjiang reclamation area were analyzed, which included the social status of embarrassment,too many social functions,ambiguous location problem,agricultural ecological overload,challenged sustainable development,and the innovation of agricultural management system could not keep up the pace of productivity development. This paper put forward several proposals for the sustainable development of Heilongjiang reclamation area. Firstly,self-development suggestion was as follows:the new agriculture operation system of Heilongjiang reclamation area was innovated and perfected,and the investment construction of farmland irrigation and water conservancy project would increase. Secondly,the advice of ministry of agriculture and other relevant ministries was as follows:the implementation of food security policy was promoted actively,the social functions of state-owned farm was strengthened sequentially,and the social functions of law enforcement was implemented in reclamation area.关键词
