Preparation of 3 D graphene and its adsorption ability for rhodamine B

Abstract
This paper describes a study building on a deeper understanding that improving the per-formance of adsorption and cyclicity of absorbing material is one of the topics in the field of water pollu-tion control. The study involves preparing three-dimensional graphene (3DG) using graphene oxide as a precursor and applying self-assembled solvent-thermal synthesis route; simulating wastewater using ad-sorption of rhodamine B to investigate the adsorption and recycling performance of 3DG, and identifying the adsorption mechanism. The results suggest that:3DG has the dye adsorption rate equivalent to that of activated carbon powder, but after 5 cycles, 3DG shows little change in the adsorption rate, and has a re-cycling adsorption utilization rate five times higher than that of activated carbon. It follows that 3DG dem-onstrates a better adsorption behaviour and cycle performance when applied to rhodamine B solution.关键词
