Abstract
The field research on status of plants in the Humble Administrator’s Garden accumulated a woody plants data comprising of 47 families ,74 genera ,95 species ,1 144 strains and 10 kinds of herbaceous and aquat‐ic plants .24 scenic spots in the Humble Administrator’s Garden among 38 ,which account for 63 percent of the total ,apply plants as theme attractions .That resembles the fact that 6 scenic spots in the Wang’s Humble Ad‐ministrator’s Garden among 31 in Ming Dynasty were featured with plants ,which means an alignment of 19 percent .Since 1950s renovations had been going on for over 60 years .Based on botanic landscape in Wang’s Humble Administrator’s Garden of Ming Dynasty ,optimization strategies had been initiated ,and the plantation in the scenic spots had been adjusted in terms of species selection ,plant configuration options ,and composition and structure ,in an effort to achieve perfection in both the landscape and the sight .关键词
