Study on supermicro-pulverization and ultrasonic extraction of polysaccharides from Carthamus tinctorius L.
摘要
Abstract
The extraction methods of safflower polysaccharide including supermicro-pulveriza-tion and ultrasonic assisted method were investigated by orthogonal tests .The supermicro-pulverization was useful in polysaccharide extraction of Carthamus tinctorius L .through the comparative study of the extraction ratio of the polysaccharides .Supermicro-pulverization powder(200 sieve) for 2 h, 600 W proved optimal .关键词
