摘要
Abstract
α-linolenic acid purification process conditions were studied by urea inclusion in flaxseeds oil as the raw materials .Single factor experiment were carried out to determine the best conditions for time of inclusion , temperature of inclusion , the mass ratio of urea and fat-ty acid, the ratio of methanol volume and urea quality on the extraction of α-linolenic acid and response surface methodology establish the quadratic regression model analysis .The time of inclusion , the mass ratio of urea and fatty acid , the ratio of methanol volume and urea quality which were optimized were combined .The optimum conditions of extracting α-lino-lenic acid were determined by the target of α-linolenic acid and the product yield index . The time of inclusion , the mass ratio of fatty acid and urea , methanol volume and the quality of urea ratio was 12.80, 2.82, 2.44 respectively.Preparation of this process, the mass con-centration of α-linolenic acid was 179.96 μg/mL, The sample were compared with the standard by UV spectrophoto -meter and determine the sample of α-linolenic acid .关键词
