红景天中含红景天苷量的测定
Determination of concentration of Salidroside in Rhodiola rosea
摘要
Abstract
A stable and reliable method with good separation degree was set up to determine the content of Salidroside in Rhodiola crenulata .The investigation was performed by HPLC , and the chromatographic column was BDS HYPERSIL -C18 (4.6 mm ×250 mm, 5 μm). Gradient elution was applied with acetonitrile -0 .03% phosphoric acid as mobile phase . The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.The determine wavelength was 275 nm.The temperature of the column was 30 ℃.The results indicated that in the range of 1 .25~10 μg the injection volume had a good linear relationship , and the average recovery was 98.16% and the RSD value was 0.89%.This method with good separating degree is accurate and reliable , which can be used for the quality evaluation of Rhodiola rosea .关键词
