摘要
Abstract
An HPLC method was developed to detect the content of Bergenin in jingzhuiyihao capsule.The analysis was performed on a Hypersil ODS2(4.6 mm ×200 mm,5 μm) with the mobile phase consisting of Methanol-water ( 20∶80 ) .The flow rate was 1 mL/min and the detection wavelength was 275 nm.Through methodological inuestigation, the stability, precision, reproducibility and recoveries were in line with the requirements.The method was accurate, simple and applicable for the quantitative determination of Bergenin in Jingzhuiyi-hao capsule.关键词
