甘草中甘草酸和甘草苷的提取工艺研究

摘要
Abstract
The orthogonal design method was used to optimize the best extraction technology conditions of glycyrrhiza uralensis with extraction rate of glycyrrhizic acid and liquorice glyco-sides as index.Results indicated that the best extraction solvent was ethanol, and the main factors influencing the leaching were ethanol concentration, solvent dosage, extraction time and extraction times.In addition, the best extraction process was 6 times of the volume of 55%ethanol, heating reflux extraction for 3 times and each time for 1.5 h.This process was reasonable, stable, feasible and suitable for production.关键词
