Abstract

In order to study on the transmission characteristics for wireless power system based on magnetic resonant coupling and research the relationship between transmission efficiency and coupling distance,the equivalent circuit model of wireless power transmission system via magnetic resonance coupling are analyzed based on the theory of two ports network analysis method. The condition that resonant frequency splitting phenomenon is produced,and a contact-less power transmission system was deduced,and the frequency expression of maximum efficiency is derived. The transmission characteristics of this system are researched using numerical simulation,and the law that two quite different resonant frequency turn into one until across the critical condition is revealed and resonant frequency is increased gradually with the coupling distance under the condition of optimum efficiency. Furthermore,the experiments’ results show that the transmission characteristics is consistent with theoretical analysis and simulation,and the analysis accurately describes the transmission characteristics of the power transfer system,and it will provide theoretical support for the magnetic resonant coupling system that work on the optimal frequency and has high efficient wireless power transmission.
