The Operational Effectiveness Test and Evaluation of Hovering Depth Charge Anti-Torpedo Weapon System
摘要
Abstract
Considering the compositional and operational characteristics of hovering depth charge anti-torpedo weapon system,a quantitative evaluation model of this weapon’s operational effectiveness is proposed based on the basic theory of WSEIAC method. Furthermore,to evaluate the operational effectiveness in the evaluation test,a simple model is presented by analyzing each parameter’s physical meaning in above evaluation model,and also the relationship between the parameters and the weapon system’s tactical technical index and performance index.关键词
