Abstract
The problem of conflicting evidence which normally existed in the application of the theory of evidence is studied fully. A new method of combining evidence is presented based on reliability and focus. First,conflict evidence is modified according to the importance of the evidence, then refines the conflict considering the effect of evidence of focal elements base on the synthesis of D-S rules. The results of dealing some conflict evidence examples with this new method show it’s reasonable. It solves three kinds of problems appeared in conflict evidences combination process:common conflicting problem,deny for one vote and robust problem.关键词
