摘要
Abstract
We propose a full reference IQA method based on the mutual information. In our method, the original and distorted image pairs are firstly transformed to spectral domain and then the mutual information matrix is computed,form which the final quality index is got. In addition,the proposed method has introduced a down-sample stage to analyses the image at multi-scales. Experiment results show the proposed method matches the feature of human visual system and corrects well with human perception.关键词
