基于动态模板匹配的非接触超声弹体厚度测量方法
Non-contact Ultrasonic Measuring Method for Thickness of Missile Body Based on Dynamic Template Matching
摘要
Abstract
The non-contact ultrasonic method is used to measure the missile body’s thickness in turning process. The measurement of the whole missile body is controlled by industrial personal computer,which utilizes the uniform rotating speed of the projectile body and uniform movement speed of the tool-holder. The thickness of the missile body is calculated by using dynamic template matching to process the ultrasonic echo signal. The result shows that the measuring accuracy of missile body’s thickness can reach 0.1 mm.关键词
