Reliability Estimation Based on Random Shocks Subject to Dependent Competing Failure Processes
摘要
Abstract
Aiming to resolve the impact of random shocks and the problem of multiple failure modes among the electronic products in engineering practice,cumulative shock model and extreme shock model are used to describe the process of the product. The dependent of failure modes is taking in to account to establish the competing failure mode under random shocks. The metallized film pulse capacitor with natural wear and abrupt wear characteristics is employ to estimate the life,and the comparison is used to analyze it. The rationality and validity is verified after the estimation. The essay provide a new method to estimate the impact of the electronic products suffering compound stresses.关键词
