钛合金深冷及冷热循环处理研究
Study on the Performance Improvement of Titanium Alloy through Deep Cryogenic and Thermal-cold Cycling Treatment
摘要
Abstract
By simulating the space of special environment,the effects of deep cryogenic treatment and thermal-cold cycling treatment on the microstructure and mechanical properties of Ti ,TA7,TC4,TC10 ti-tanium alloys were investigated with hardness test,microstructure ,XRD and SEM analysis.The results have shown that deep cryogenic treatment and thermal-cold cycling treatment can improve the microstruc-ture and the mechanical properties.Furthermore,the twinning of titanium is increased through thermal-cold cycling treatment.关键词
