三种手术治疗原发性精索静脉曲张的临床疗效观察

Abstract
To investigate the clinical curative effect of three surgical methods for the treatment of pri-mary varicocele,the authors have retrospectively analyzed 135 cases of Unilateral varicocele,which have been divided into 3 groups,retroperitoneal high ligation group(n=45),laparoscopy group(n=52),mi-crosurgical subinguinal varicocelectomy group(n=38). The operation time,days of postoperative hospital stay,postoperative complications,and recurrence rate and the comparison of the quality between pre-and post-operation have been observed from the perspective of clinical curative effect. And the results are as follows:the operation time of microsurgical subinguinal varicocelectomy group was longer than that of oth-er groups;the days of postoperative hospital stay were almost the same in the three groups;the rate of postoperative complications was 33. 3%,25. 0%,10. 5% in the three groups respectively. The quality of semen was improved significantly in microsurgical subinguinal varicocelectomy group after six months. Therefore,microsurgical subinguinal varicocelectomy is a safe and effective method for the treatment of varicocele. 2tabs. ,6refs.关键词
