高温胁迫下外源氨基酸对荞麦种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响
Effects of Exogenous Amino Acid on Seeds Germination and Seedlings Growth of Buckwheat under High Temperature Stress

Abstract
Two buckwheat varieties Chuanqiao No. 3 and Chuanqiao No. 4 were used as experimental materials to study the effects of exogenous amino acid on seed germination and seedling growth of buckwheat under high temperature stress,aiming to provide the basis for improving heat tolerance of buckwheat through applying appropriate concentrations of amino acid.The results showed that the seed germination rate,seedling fresh mass,root vigor and leaf chlorophyll content in Chuanqiao No.3 increased by 50.36%,39.31%,46.71% and 44.54%respectively after treated with 40 μmol/L glutamic acid,compared with the treatment without amino acid under high temperature stress,while it increased by 30.93%,24.97%,37.83% and 38.46% respectively in Chuanqiao No.4.The seed germination rate,seedling fresh mass,root vigor and leaf chlorophyll content in Chuanqiao No.3 increased by 69.31%,65.68%,73.23%and 61.88% respectively after treated with 20μmol/L aspartic acid,compared with the treatment without amino acid under high temperature stress,and it increased by 52.33%,47.39%,68.91%and 54.37% in Chuanqiao No.4.The aspartic acid treatment could resume the seed germination rate and seedling roots vigor of Chuanqiao No.4 to the control level at normal temperature,and could resume the two properties of Chuanqiao No.3 even better.The effects of aspartic acid treatment were better than that of glutamic acid treatment.关键词
