摘要

Abstract

In order to detect and map the QTL to leaf rust and stripe rust in CIMMYT wheat lines Kingbird and PBW343,a total of 181 recombinant inbred lines (RILs)derived from the cross Kingbird and PBW343 were planted in Mexico to score disease severity of leaf rust and stripe rust to obtain the phenotypic data.A total of 406 DArT markers with polymorphism between parents were used to test the whole 1 8 1 RILs to obtain the genotypic data.Phenotypic data and genotypic data were used to map QTL by softwares Map manager QTXb20 and QTL IciMapping 3.2 with composite interval mapping strategy.The results showed that a total of three QTLs for leaf rust resistance and one QTL for stripe rust resistance were detected on chromosome 1A,7DS,5BL and 3BS,respectively,and explaining 5.57%,11.94%,5.11% and 9.03% of the phenotypic variance. The QTLs on 7DS and 3BS were from Kingbird,and the other two QTLs were detected in PBW343.These QTLs enrich the wheat slow rusting gene pool and will give theory and technology support for wheat resistance breeding.
