不同播期对玉米单倍体自然加倍效果的影响
Effects of Sowing Dates on Natural Doubling of Maize Haploid
摘要
Abstract
The natural doubling rate of maize haploid in different sowing dates was studied in the paper. The results showed that the natural doubling rate of maize haploid was very different in different sowing dates. The highest and lowest anther appearance rate of haploid plants was 57. 2% and 12. 7%,respec-tively,with an average of 30. 2%. The highest and lowest setting rate of plants was 7. 2% and 1. 0%,re-spectively,with an average of 4. 78%. The highest anther appearance rate and setting rate of haploid plants came from the sowing date of April 27 , followed by May 2 . The results suggested that the sowing date between April 27 and May 2 was beneficial to the natural doubling of haploid in the climatic condi-tions of Xinxiang.关键词
