摘要

Abstract

A pair of primers were designed based on the published NP1 genes of GenBank. The gene was amplified by PCR,and then cloned and sequenced. The gene was analyzed by bioinformatics methods. The results showed that the content of random coil in the secondary structure was high(51. 77%). The protein of NP1 contained zero transmembrane regions,one glycosylation sites,thirty phosphorylation sites and six B cell antigen epitopes. These antigen epitopes were at the protein amino acid 7—14,27—50,59—73, 85—94,102—108,151—155 aera,respectively.
