低温预处理和聚乙二醇处理对小麦花药出愈率的影响
Effects of Low Temperature Pretreatment and PEG on Callus Induction Rate of Wheat Anther

Abstract
Taking the wheat lines bred by Henan Institute of Education as tested materials and C17 as the basic culture medium,the influence of different low temperature pretreatment times and different PEG concentrations added in the medium on wheat anther callus rate was studied. The results showed that the callus rate of wheat anther was the highest(2. 108% ) when it was pretreated by low temperature for 4 d, which had good stability(CV = 0. 067). On the other hand,adding 80—120 mg / L of PEG in the medium could significantly increase the callus rate of wheat anther,the effect of 100 mg / L PEG being the best.关键词
