铜胁迫对平菇膜脂过氧化和抗氧化酶活性的影响
Effect of Copper Stress on Lipid Peroxidation and Antioxidant Enzymes Activity in Pleurotus ostreatus
摘要
Abstract
Lipid peroxidation and antioxidant enzymes activity were studied to explore the response mechanism of mycelia to copper stress in Pleurotus ostreatus. The results showed that copper stress induced lipid peroxidation and changed thiobarbituric acid reactive substance(TBARS) content of mycelia with a time- and concentration-dependent manner. Copper stress had different effects on different antioxidant enzymes. The activities of SOD and POD of mycelia enhanced continuously when it was exposed to copper stress, while the activity of CAT first decreased and then increased, and finally decreased.关键词
