超声引导下小针刀治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床研究
Clinical Eficacy of Acupotome by Ultrasound-guided Technique on Cervicalspondylotic Radiculopathy

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupotome by ultrasound-guided technique on cervicalspondy-lotic radieulopathy.Methods: The 60 cases of patients with cervicalspondylotic radiculopathy were randomly divided into ultra-sound group (group U) and non-ultrasound group (group N). VAS was recorded before the treatment, 20 minutes, 1 week, 2 weeks, 4 weeks and 8 weeks after treatment.The clinical efficacy evaluation at 4 weeks and 8 weeks after the treatment, and adverse reactions were also recorded. Results: The detection indication in the two groups improved significantly after the treat-ment,with statistical significance (P<0.05);The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions in group U were better than that of group N,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: The method of acupotome by ultrasound-guided technique on cervicalspondylotic radieulopathy can enhance the accuracy of injection and reduce adverse reactions, which is more effective for treatment of cervical radiculopathy.关键词
