中西医结合治疗特发性突聋62例临床观察

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of the application with Xueshuantong and hydrocortisone on idio-pathic sudden sensorineural hearing loss (ISSNHL). Methods: The 112 cases of patients with ISSNHL in our hospital were ran-domly divided into control and treatment groups. There are 50 patients treated by initial treatment plus hydrocortisone in control group, and 62 patients were treated with the same treatment as control group plus Xueshuantong in treatment group, 7 days as a course. The clinical efficacy was observed and compared between the two groups. Results: The total listening improve efficien-cy in treatment group was 89.2%, which was better than the 76.9% of control group; and the treatment group showed better to-tal listening improve efficiency of different duration (within 1 week, 1-2 weeks, 2-4 weeks, after 4 weeks) than the control group. Conclusion: The use of hydrocortisone and Xueshuantong can provide good clinical efficacy for ISSNH.关键词
