化瘀祛痰方对不稳定型心绞痛患者超敏C-反应蛋白及E-选择素的影响
Effect of Hua-yu Qu-tan Decoction on Hs-CRP and E-selectin of Patients with Unstable Angina Pectoris

Abstract
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Hua-yu Qu-tan Decoction on unstable angina pectoris and the influ-ence on serum hs-CRP as well as E-selectin. Methods: The 64 patients with unstable angina pectoris were randomly divided into two groups; the 30 cases in the control group were given conventional treatment, and 34 cases in the treatment group were treated by Hua-yu Qu-tan Decoction based on conventional treatment. The clinical effect and the changes of hs-CRP and E-selectin were observed in the two groups, in 4 weeks. Results: The therapeutic effect of angina pectoris and ECG in the treat-ment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, serum hs-CRP and E-selectin in the treatment group significantly decreased and there was significant difference(P<0.01); hs-CRP and E-selectin in the treatment group was lower than that of the control group after treatment, with significant difference(P<0.01). Conclusion: Hua-yu Qu-tan Decoction can provide good clinical effect on unstable angina pectoris, reduce the serum hs-CRP and E-selectin levels and inhibit artery inflammatory reaction.关键词
