稳心颗粒治疗冠心病室性早搏45例临床观察
Effect of Wenxin Granule on 45 cases of Coronary Heart Disease Patients with Ventricular Premature Beat

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Wenxin Granule on coronary heart disease patients with ventricular premature beat. Methods: The 90 patients with regular treatment of coronary heart disease were randomly divided into treatment and control groups, 45 cases in each. Patients were given routine treatment for coronary heart disease in two groups. Patients were treated by Metoprolol in control group, and Metoprolol plus Wenxin Granule in treatment group. The treatment course was 4 weeks in two groups. Results: The 24 hours DCG showed the ventricular premature beat was relieved both in two groups (after vs. before=1029±1090 vs. 2566±2600 in control group, after vs. before=366±402 vs. 2602±2620 in treatment group, P<0.05). On mean improvement from value perspective, the treatment group improved more and reduced the number of premature more (control group vs. treatment group =1502±1892vs.2319±1662, P<0.05).The efficacy in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group(93.3% vs. 57.8%, P<0.05). Conclusion: Wenxin Granule has definite effect on ventricular premature beat in patients with coronary heart disease.关键词
