长柱十大功劳的研究进展
Research Progress on Mahonia Duclouxiana
摘要
Abstract
This paper summarizes the chemical composition, quality analysis, pharmacologic actions, breeding technology, development and application of the herb in recent years. It's proven to possess alkaloids, fat, fatty acids, volatile oil et al. HPLC and TLC are usually adopted for qualitative and quantitative analysis. Modern pharmacology studies demonstrate that Ma-honia duclouxiana possesses wide pharmacological actions, especially in anti-inflammatory, analgesis, antidiarrheal, liver protec-tive, and cholagogic effects. This paper is delivered to support the further application and exploitation for new drug development.关键词
