摘要

Abstract

The plastic rectangular grating is used as a bio-sensor. The bio-molecular media within the grating grooves is determined by measuring the grating diffraction efficiency. Characteristic formulas for plastic grating biosensor,including thickness measurement method and refractive index measurement method,are given. By constructing a device the glucose concentration of the solution are experimentally tested. The results show that there is good linearity of response of the sensor,and the sensitivity is higher using thickness measurement method than using refractive index measurement meth-od.The first method makes the sensitivity higher than 100 μg·dL-1.
