石墨烯量子点对对苯二酚的检测
Detection of Hydroquinone by Graphene Quantum Dots
摘要
Abstract
With citric acid as carbon source,graphene quantum dots was prepared by one?step melting method.The spectral properties of the graphene quantum dots was characterized by FTIR,UV?visible absorption spectra and fluores-cence spectra.In addition,its ability of light bleaching and salt resistance were investigated.Then,the graphene quantum dots was used for the detection of hydroquinone by a fluorescent sensor.The fluorescence intensity of graphene quantum dots and the concentration of hydroquinone exhibited a good linear relationship (R2=0.979)with a wide concentrations range of 1.0×10-7~5.0×10-6 mol·L-1 as well as the limit of detection was calculated to be 3.1 nmol·L-1 .关键词
